With a strong background in personal finance, Steve assists our clients with income tax, business, estate and retirement planning advice so that they keep as much of their earnings and assets for their future. Steve works with individuals, families and business owners to coordinate the complicated and constantly changing tax laws and regulatory environment while communicating the issues and potential solutions in a common sense "plain English" style.

Steve has worked through many successful Internal Revenue Service and Franchise Tax Board examinations for both individuals and businesses. In addition, Steve has built a wealth of experience in the non-profit taxation arena, helping many worthwhile organizations weave through the maze of regulations and reporting requirements.

Locally, you will find Steve on his bicycle, hiking the foothills, working out at the Y and at the youth athletic fields with his three sons. He is a founding member of the Los Olivos School District Foundation and a past member of the board of the Friends of the Library and Solvang Chamber of Commerce.
